Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, and minimally invasive procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile operating environments
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative needs
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
- Provide post-operative support and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license or eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiac operating theatres
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and cardiac procedures
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
