Position: Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor
Industry: Manpower Supply


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the employee camp, ensuring a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all residents.
  • Supervise camp staff, assign duties, and monitor team performance to maintain high standards of service.
  • Respond promptly to employee requests and resolve issues, applying strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Inspect facilities, coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and logistics, and report any incidents or requirements to management.
  • Maintain accurate records for accommodation, supplies, and camp-related activities.
  • Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and manage inventories of essential supplies.
  • Foster a positive and cooperative camp environment, addressing employee concerns and disputes in a professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports to management on camp conditions, staffing, and resident welfare.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Experience in camp management or facility supervision, preferably within the manpower or construction industry.
  • Energetic personality with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent matters independently.
  • Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and accommodation standards.
  • Willingness to work extra hours or be on call for emergencies.
