Here s where you come in

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and handle interactions via chat and email.
• Work with existing customers by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Efficiently handles and resolves customer inquiries, while demonstrating soft skills.
• Meeting and/or exceeding departmental quality and KPI targets.
• Adheres to the call flow procedures.
• Egyptians from all provinces can apply (Cairo, Alex, etc). Non-Egyptians may also apply.

Do you have the keys to success?

• Previous call center experience, preferably with GCC/ Western accounts.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate integrity in all aspects of your dealings with customers and is proactive, sincere, and empathetic
• WFH - Stable internet connection is a must.
