Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about billing, services, and general information about district cooling.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Escalate more complex problems to a supervisor or the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Communication: Follow call scripts and company procedures to ensure consistent and professional service.
  • Performance: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is essential. Experience in a utility or services industry is a plus.Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Additional languages like Arabic would be a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other call center software is required.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and has excellent problem-solving skills. They must be able to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure.
  • Education: Higher Diploma Certificate
