Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Lead and expand the business unit for AICC-related products.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic account management & new business development.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Leverage your technical expertise in adhesives, inks, binders, paints, coatings & construction chemicals to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales and profit goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years’ experience in the chemical industry, specifically in AICC products.
  • Strong sales, negotiation & account management skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and grow customer relationships in the regional market.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and target-driven.
  • Technical product knowledge across AICC segments.
