Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and GP targets through channel partners and consultants.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, consultants, and B2B networks.
  • Deliver excellent sales consultations, demonstrating strong negotiation, listening, and communication skills.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates for opportunity tracking and pipeline visibility.
  • Ensure transparency, cost-clarity, and process efficiency when dealing with partner transactions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE business setup market to act as a credible advisor.
  • Coordinate with internal teams Account Managers, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues and update partners on application progress.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new B2B partners such as consultants, corporate service firms, law firms, and SMEs.
  • Build a strong pipeline aligned with revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive sales through partner-generated leads and joint initiatives.
  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and packages for various partner segments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and manage long-term relationships.
  • Provide training, updates, and support to ensure partners can effectively promote services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze metrics, and report insights to management.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Identify new verticals, industries, and geographies to expand the partner base.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in business setup, company formation, or a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships and partner networks.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems proactively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated accountability, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or equivalent.

Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in business setup, company formation, or a relevant industry.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
