As a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Dubai, you ll lead data management and distributor analytics for the Middle East, ensuring effective stock management, receivables, and reporting KPIs. Key responsibilities include forecasting, data governance, report enhancement, and distributor performance analysis. This role requires Emirati nationality, a bachelor s degree, 2+ years of analytics experience (preferably in finance or pricing), and proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Experience in the medical device or pharma industry is a plus.

Business Intelligence Analyst Job Responsibilities:
• Leading end-to-end process of Market Performance, including leading review meetings with senior stakeholders. Includingdistributor mapping
• Support the team on receivable KPIs and stock management
• Pricing support for the organization
• Support in leading forecasting, reporting and delivery of the targets
• Supporting the data cleansing and preparation for SFE and leading customer segmentation analysis
• Supporting with ticket-raising logistics for SFE
• Maintains online platform quality
• Main performance measures (Performance Goals)
• Provide training & refreshers and continuously improve reports and dashboards to drive actionable business insights.
• Support the team with the requested data, understand the bottleneck, and report the outcome to higher management on the KPI performance.
• Review distributor stock levels and IMS performance, highlight possible risks and opportunities promptly, and provide specific inputs and actionable insights to the business partners to support healthy decision-making and better distributor stock management.
• Lead/support key projects related to Business Intelligence.
Business Intelligence Analyst Job Requirements:
• Emirati Nationality is a must.
• Bachelor s Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business, or Engineering
• 2 or more years of work experience, preferably finance/pricing/commercial
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a plus
• Excellence in MS Office, specifically Excel and Power BI
• Location-based in UAE (relocation will not be possible)
• Power BI experience preferred
• Data analytical, technical skills
• Experience setting data architecture is a plus.
• Basic must-have: experience in data analytics in general improving the reports and how data is presented mining
• Candidates from a banking background can be considered
