What You ll Do

* Support the Head of Business Development in translating Talabat s value proposition into effective commercial models and business cases
* Lead end-to-end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join cloud kitchens, handing over closed contracts to construction teams
* Identify and generate new leads while engaging and networking with prospective partners
* Collaborate with construction, legal, and finance teams on business case development
* Advise vendors on Talabat s services and support them in business expansion via cloud kitchens
* Coordinate partner equipment movement and kitchen stall design with construction teams to optimize processes
* Ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration of acquired partners into the platform
* Introduce best practices from the market to enhance Talabat s value proposition
* Improve acquisition success rates by ensuring quality and strong partner engagement

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or sales, preferably in Cloud Kitchens or F&B industries
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven business development experience
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
* Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
* Data-driven mindset with experience in tools such as Tableau or Looker preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support negotiations and business case development
* Proven ability to manage large cross-functional projects with on-time delivery
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills
