Tasks

* Identify and research potential clients within the facilities services industry to build a strong sales pipeline
* Visit the client location to provide accurate quotation and tailor proposal based on their requirements
* Develop and maintain client relationships by providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Business Development Representative in a similar sales role within the Facilities Services industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
