Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager Partner Relations will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, brokers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and support the company s growth objectives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- To source the brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand agent network in assigned territory.
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting our company's products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and engage potential partners to explore new business opportunities and enhance company presence in the market.
- Develop strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and drive mutual growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property development sector.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company s client base and market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners, brokers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements.
- Draft and review partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the property development industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements and collaborations.
- Support the development and execution of joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, partnership performance, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, business development activities, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for partner outreach and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build and enhance relationships.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partner relations, or a similar role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the property development market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
