Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in IT sales, specifically in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT Solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence in the Middle East.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients for IT solutions, focusing on Contact Center Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target industries.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiations: Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in selling Contact Center Solutions, ERP (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), or enterprise IT solutions.
- Regional Expertise: Strong network and business relationships within the Middle East.
- Skills:Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud-based technologies and digital transformation trends. Ability to drive business independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
