Business Development Manager Rinxo

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow Rinxo' client base. The Business Development Manager will be required to handle the day-to-day tasks associated with the role such as generating leads, analyzing and assessing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within FX industry.
• Business development and expansion of our folio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
• Maintain contact with clients/partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients.
• Actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to clients promptly.
• To achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Training and support will be provided.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Proven track record in IB acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, forex, CFDs, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking.
• Excellent oral and written English
