Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A strategic commercial position within a rapidly growing SaaS product in the workforce and HR technology domain. This role will own revenue expansion across the Middle East, partnering with enterprise clients and accelerating ARR growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline.
Relationship Management
- Nurture long-term relationships with HR, Operations and C-suite buyers.
- Lead solution demos, proposals and RFP responses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing and customer success.
- Share market feedback to influence product roadmap.
Commercial Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Track activity metrics, win rates and revenue KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 6 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market/enterprise deals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in HR technology, PeopleOps, or productivity SaaS.
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments.
