Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in integrated facility management (IFM), soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, pest control), and hard services (MEP maintenance, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, tender documents, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in business development or sales in the facility management or related services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FM services, both soft and hard services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong network in the corporate, real estate, or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
