Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the perfume and luxury industry. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or private label management within the perfume, cosmetics, or broader luxury sector. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Identify, develop, and manage private label opportunities within the perfume and luxury sector.
  • • Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors, retailers, and luxury partners.
  • • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, supply chain) to ensure successful execution of private label projects.
  • • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and business partners.
  • • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • • 5–6 years of experience in business development or private label management within the perfume or luxury industry.
  • • Strong network and established relationships within the luxury or perfume market.
  • • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • • Fluency in English (Arabic or French is an added advantage).
  • • Passion for perfumes, luxury products, and brand-building.
