Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Enter and manage data in Zoho CRM.
- Generate and analyze Zoho sales reports.
- Inform the team on following up with leads and contacts to ensure timely communication.
- Gather customer data and prepare requirement documents for the consultant to analyze.
Sales Process Management:
- Prioritize customer follow-up and action items to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Report on the sales pipeline, including updates on the status of leads and opportunities.
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate demos and requirement gatherings with clients.
Internal Coordination and Process Improvement:
- Refine and optimize internal company sales support processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and share feedback.
- Support the sale of other products, such as ERP solutions and digital marketing services, applying the same principles.

Other Responsibilities:
- Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the business and sales team.
- Continuously update knowledge on Zoho, Odoo, and other relevant products to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Odoo products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Familiarity with Zoho and Odoo products is highly desirable.
