Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us enhance our business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Enter and manage data in Zoho CRM.
  • Generate and analyze Zoho sales reports.
  • Inform the team on following up with leads and contacts to ensure timely communication.
  • Gather customer data and prepare requirement documents for the consultant to analyze.


Sales Process Management:

  • Prioritize customer follow-up and action items to ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Report on the sales pipeline, including updates on the status of leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate demos and requirement gatherings with clients.


Internal Coordination and Process Improvement:

  • Refine and optimize internal company sales support processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and share feedback.
  • Support the sale of other products, such as ERP solutions and digital marketing services, applying the same principles.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adapt to additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the business and sales team.
  • Continuously update knowledge on Zoho, Odoo, and other relevant products to provide accurate information to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Odoo products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.


Requirements
