About Us: Vendotek is a leading provider of advanced POS (Point-of-Sale) terminals providing comprehensive cashless payment, telemetry solutions and tailored for unattended payment environments such as vending machines, kiosks, EV charging stations, and more. Licensed by banks and acquirers across the region, we work closely with financial institutions to offer POS devices for smooth integration into their networks. Once configured, our solutions are sold to businesses requiring secure, cost efficient, and contactless payment systems.
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to manage and expand our client base in the UAE, focusing on unattended POS device solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with acquiring banks, coordinating device provisioning and certification, and managing end-customer accounts such as vending machine operators and other unattended service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key acquiring banks, financial institutions, and aggregators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships across all levels.
- Ensure smooth coordination with banks during device onboarding, certification, and deployment phases.
* Account Development:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, including vending machine companies, kiosks, and any ticketing providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the unattended payment ecosystem.
- Prepare tailored proposals and product demonstrations to meet client needs.
* Sales Operations:
- Drive sales of POS devices to the end customers.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team to ensure timely setup, testing, and delivery of devices.
- Support partners and customers in the deployment and troubleshooting of devices when required.
* Reporting and Market Intelligence:
- Track account metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report on market trends.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance features based on customer feedback.

Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (as per the UAE experience)
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in POS, fintech, payments, or POS industry.
* Familiarity with acquiring banks, payment processors, and unattended payment environments is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
* UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region when required.
