Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as proposing solutions to optimize business processes. You will work with development, marketing, and management teams to analyze requirements, develop strategies, and improve the product based on data and business metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the success of products and business processes.
- Defining and formalizing requirements for products and projects based on an analysis of business needs.
- Preparing reports and presentations for the company's management, including analytics on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting analysis of market trends, competitors and customer needs to provide strategic recommendations.
- Developing and supporting business models, assessing risks and opportunities for company growth.
- Interacting with technical and business teams to optimize work processes and improve efficiency.
- Supporting decision-making processes based on data and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics and others).
- Knowledge of business analysis, modeling and forecasting methods.
- Experience developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to develop and maintain reports, work with technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High level of self-organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Technical English (reading documentation, communicating with international colleagues).
