As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and analyzing the business requirements of our organization. • Conduct comprehensive research to gather significant data that supports business solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and document these for reference.
• Develop and manage detailed business models to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve processes.
• Create clear and concise reports for management and stakeholders on key findings.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and confirm business needs and priorities.
• Support project management teams in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and project documentation.
• Ensure business processes meet customer and organizational needs effectively and efficiently.
• Advise on potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
• Liaise with IT and business units to bridge gaps in understanding technical and business needs.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to propose innovative solutions for the business.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaborations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management methodologies and documentation practices preferred.
