What you'll be doing

The Key Account/Brand Executive is commercially driven to support the growth of our beauty portfolio across both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and commercial functions, playing a key role in executing brand strategies, driving visibility and sell in, as well as optimizing sell-through across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Execution:

  • Support in implementing 360 marketing plans aligned with global brand guidelines, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and promotional calendars.

E-commerce Management:

  • Collaborate with e-retail partners and internal teams to ensure optimal brand presentation online (product pages, visuals, content, pricing, stock availability) as well Realising sell out potential per player( grow ranking and or Market share YOY)

Sales & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales performance across channels, analyse sell-out data, and support forecasting efforts.
  • Formulate, Negotiate & Drive yearly agreement & Joint Business plans with key retail partners to drive profitability and growth

Promotions & Campaigns:

  • Assist in planning and executing trade promotions and marketing activities to boost sales and traffic.

Competitor Monitoring:

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations to management and Global to act upon

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including supply chain, commercial ,Customer service to ensure seamless operations

What you will need to succeed

  • Minimum 4 7 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with a focus on e-commerce and retail operations.
  • Proven ability to drive e-commerce growth (sell-out, sell-in, ranking) and optimize skincare counter performance.
  • Strong go-to-market knowledge, capable of leading and executing strategies through distributors and partners.
  • Solid skincare expertise; prior experience in the category is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates leadership potential, a results-driven mindset, and strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
