• Work as part of a team in the BMS Control Room to help run and monitor building systems.
• Support and assist other control room staff in their daily work.
• Check and monitor different building systems like security cameras, fire alarms, lighting, air conditioning, and lifts.
• Make sure all systems are working well by doing routine checks and reporting any problems.
• Help with fixing problems by contacting the right people or teams when needed.
• Follow up with vendors or suppliers if there are big issues with the systems.
• Record and report any important incidents or system errors to your supervisor or management.
• Help manage and update schedules, staff attendance, and daily work records.
• Assist with IT-related tasks and use simple computer programs for your work.
• Support in updating system records, reports, and staff time sheets.
• Take part in training for any new systems or procedures.
• Follow health and safety rules, and help update records related to vaccinations or safety checks.
• Keep records tidy and help update files for temporary staff if needed.
