What You ll Do

* Coordinate BIM workflows in compliance with BIM Execution Plans and ISO 19650 standards
* Manage and develop infrastructure models in Civil 3D and Revit at LOD 400 & 500 for construction and handover
* Integrate 4D scheduling data and 5D cost data into BIM environment using tools like Synchro and CostX
* Conduct clash detection and manage coordination meetings with Navisworks
* Ensure extraction of shop drawings from coordinated Civil 3D models and generation of accurate as-built drawings
* Develop project-specific BIM documentation including BEP, EIR, MIDP, TIDP, Asset registers, COBie structures
* Support digital delivery initiatives and ensure data integrity in Common Data Environment platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ProjectWise)
* Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders in BIM processes
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal design teams for BIM compliance
* Create and review LOD/LOI matrices for infrastructure deliverables

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* 7+ years of BIM coordination experience, with proven delivery of LOD 400 & 500 models on infrastructure projects
* Expert in Autodesk Civil 3D (mandatory), Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC
* Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and open BIM workflows (IFC, COBie)
* Experience in 4D/5D BIM integration for scheduling and cost control
* Familiarity with asset tagging, FM systems, and COBie data for infrastructure handover
* Proficiency in Civil 3D custom object creation, part lists, and subassembly composer
* BIM certifications (Autodesk Civil 3D, ISO 19650, RICS) are preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
