Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Bike Fitter is responsible for delivering professional bike fitting services to customers, ensuring optimal comfort, performance, and injury prevention. This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and product knowledge to provide a tailored experience for each rider. The Bike Fitter plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting sales, and strengthening Wolfi s reputation as a trusted cycling partner.

Responsibilities

Bike Fitting & Consultation

Conduct comprehensive bike fitting sessions using industry standard tools and technology (e.g. Saddle Pressure Mapping, Motion Capture).
Understand each customer s goals, biomechanics, and riding history to tailor fit recommendations.
Adjust bikes to match fit recommendations and explain changes clearly to customers.
Provide pre and post fit assessments and follow up as required.

Customer Experience & Education

Offer a premium, professional experience aligned with Wolfi s customer service standards.
Educate customers on the importance of bike fit and how it enhances performance and comfort.
Maintain accurate records of fitting sessions and follow ups.
Assist customers with product recommendations (e.g. saddles, handlebars, shoes, insoles) based on fit findings.

Collaboration & Sales Support

Work closely with sales teams and workshop technicians to ensure fit outcomes are supported by appropriate product setup.
Share feedback with the product and sales teams to help improve customer outcomes.
Participate in community events and educational initiatives that promote the importance of bike fitting.

Technical & Product Knowledge

Stay up-to-date on fit technologies, methodologies, and cycling trends.
Maintain expert knowledge of the cycling anatomy and biomechanics.
Ensure all fitting tools and technology are maintained and calibrated regularly.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a bike fitting, cycling sales, or sports performance role.
Certified in a recognized bike fitting system (e.g. BikeFit).
Strong understanding of cycling anatomy, biomechanics, and equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working hands-on with bikes and tools.
Passion for cycling and improving rider experience.
