Job Description

As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar experience, combining impeccable product knowledge with personalized service. You ll craft exquisite beverages with creativity and precision while ensuring every guest enjoys a refined and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, both classic and contemporary, with consistency and flair.
Engage with guests to recommend drinks based on preferences and deliver a bespoke service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, place orders for bar supplies, and assist with stock rotation and waste control.
Support special promotions, bar activations, and beverage pairings for events or dining occasions.
Ensure all glassware and equipment are maintained in pristine condition.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Requirements:

Diploma in Hospitality or Bartending Certification preferred.
2+ years in a luxury hotel or high-end bar setting.
In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine; mixology certification is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to enhance the guest experience.
Excellent grooming and a warm, confident demeanor.
