Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform men’s manicures and pedicures, focusing on nail health, grooming, and relaxation while maintaining a clean, masculine aesthetic.
Provide professional nail enhancements (buffing, shaping, exfoliation, and moisturizing treatments) with precision and attention to detail.
Deliver expert men’s haircuts and styling services using clippers, scissors, and razors to achieve modern and classic styles.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ grooming needs and recommend suitable services or products.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring all tools and workstations are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Keep up with the latest trends in men’s grooming and nail care, continuously improving skills and service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on cosmetology or related fields.
Valid barbering and nail technician licenses/certifications, demonstrating eligibility to practice in the region.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in barbering and men’s nail care, with proven client-handling and grooming expertise.
Demonstrated ability in diverse haircutting, styling, and nail care techniques, highlighting versatility and attention to detail.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward clients and colleagues.
Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with strong work ethics and a passion for men’s grooming.
