Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise bar staff (bartenders, barbacks, servers).
Ensure smooth bar operations and high-quality service.
Prepare and serve drinks according to standards.
Train and mentor new bar team members.
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Assist with daily cash handling, sales reporting, and basic admin.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in bartending or bar supervision, preferably in Doha or similar markets.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
Flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fast-paced, service-oriented bar or hotel environment.
