This role can be based in Cyprus, UAE (office-based) or remotely out of Georgia.

Leveraging a robust API engine, advanced automation, and a scalable architecture, we simplify complex tasks such as data integration, trading, reporting, and compliance making them fast, seamless, and accurate for our clients.

We are looking for a Back-End Developer to architect and implement scalable, high-performance server-side applications. You will work closely with our engineering team to build and optimize core backend services that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Postgres.
• Implement and optimize messaging and event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing APIs to integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment and monitoring pipelines.

• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, AG Grid, D3
• Cloud: Azure, AWS
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in backend development with expertise in Java and Spring Framework.
• Database Knowledge: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Messaging & Event-Driven Systems: Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in profiling and optimizing backend applications.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of best practices for authentication, authorization, and data security.
• Strong self-organization skills and proven ability to work in distributed team environment with delivery-first mindset .
• Good communication skills in English and Russian.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Go or Python.
• Background in fintech or wealth management applications.
• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes
