Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automobile preferences and requirements.
  • Showcase current vehicle models and highlight features with extensive product knowledge.

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the dealership's current inventory and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with past and potential clients.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner.
  • Attend training sessions to keep updated with the latest automobile products and sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Participate in and contribute to sales meetings and promotional events.
  • Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Efficiently use CRM software to manage customer contacts and sales information.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Automobile Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and dealership policies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Adept at using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Valid driver s license and a good driving record are essential.
