Core Duties
* Diagnose and repair vehicle body damage in line with company and distributor specifications
* Realign car chassis and frames to restore structural integrity
* Repair dents, dimples, and other minor body damage using appropriate tools and methods
* Weld, attach, and fit replacement parts securely into place
* File, grind, sand, and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting or finishing
* Obtain technical information from the body shop and ensure strict adherence to repair standards
* Carry out work safely and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and quality control
Candidate Requirements
* Secondary school certificate, trade certificate, or vocational training in auto body repair
* Minimum 2 4 years of experience in auto body repair or similar role
* Knowledge of welding methods such as arc and gas welding is an advantage
* Strong problem-solving ability with close attention to detail
* Basic proficiency in spoken and written English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
