Roles & Responsibilities
We are in the process of establishing a new school books company in Dubai, UAE, and are looking to hire an experienced professional from the school books industry who has comprehensive knowledge of the books requirements in Dubai. Position: Sales & Marketing Professional – School Books Job Description & Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for school books in Dubai and the wider UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, distributors, and other stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand curriculum requirements, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, set targets, and achieve growth objectives. Plan promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning strategies. Coordinate with publishers and suppliers to ensure timely availability of books. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in the school books industry is essential. Strong understanding of Dubai/UAE school book requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
