Roles & Responsibilities

About our client

Our client, a fast-growing infrastructure investor based in Dubai, focuses on the development, financing, and management of utility-scale renewable energy projects across emerging markets. With a strong commitment to ESG and energy transition, the team combines deep sector expertise with an entrepreneurial culture.
What the job involves

  • Support senior team members in the execution of project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiations, and due diligence
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate financing options, project returns, and sensitivities
  • Draft internal presentations and investment committee materials
  • Conduct research on market developments, sector trends, and financing instruments relevant to renewable energy projects
  • Liaise with lenders, advisors, and counterparties to support lenders due diligence and transaction execution
  • Participate in meetings with DFIs, commercial banks, ECAs, and other financing institutions alongside senior team members
Who we are looking for

  • Experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance
  • Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects preferred
  • Experience in emerging markets desirable but not required
  • Bachelor s degree in Economics, Accounting, Law or similar field
