Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Operations Manager to support our field operations, manage client coordination, ensure smooth deployments, and oversee compliance and absentee management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Coordination & Site Visits
- Monitor Daily Attendance
- Track Idle Staff & Demobilizations
- Manage Timesheet Collection
- Inspect New Sites & Confirm Readiness
- Weekly Reporting to Operations Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years in Operations (manpower industry).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and report writing.
- Field-ready with multitasking ability
- UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- English & Hindi fluency (mandatory)
