Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Support the HR Manager in driving employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
