Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Guest Relation Manager in overseeing daily operations of the guest relations department

  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional first impression
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and mentor guest relations staff to maintain service excellence
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, preparing reports for management
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and VIP services
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide accurate information to guests

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 2-3 years of experience in guest relations or customer service in a luxury setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and cultural sensitivities, especially in the context of Dubai and the UAE
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
