As an Architectural Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and analyzing the structural integrity of buildings and other structures. You will liaise with architects and other professionals to ensure that building designs are feasible, safe, cost-effective, and sustainable. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture, structural engineering, and building codes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to develop building designs optimized for sustainability.

• Use computer-aided architecture software to create detailed design plans.

• Ensure designs accomodate for natural disasters, fire safety, and human ergonomics.
• Liaise with construction managers to address issues in design and execution.
• Review architectural drawings for practicality and structural viability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and relevant codes.
• Develop cost-effective strategies that don't compromise on design quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine potential site capabilities and constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in architectural engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an architectural engineer or in related roles is essential.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset are required.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
