1. Design Development & Coordination

• Lead the preparation of conceptual and schematic design proposals aligned with project briefs.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate architectural input with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and façade consultants.
• Review and integrate consultant drawings into cohesive design packages.
• Manage 3D visualization process and final output with visualisation teams.

2. Project Management & Execution

• Attend client and consultant meetings and follow up with actionable outcomes.
• Assist in design approval processes with authorities (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Monitor progress of design deliverables to meet project milestones.
• Participate in tender reviews and technical submissions for contractor evaluations.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design implementation and quality.

3. Feasibility & Pre-Development Studies

• Conduct zoning and building regulation studies to assess plot potential.
• Work with internal teams to prepare feasibility packages for new acquisitions or JV proposals.
• Support cost estimation and area efficiency analysis during pre-development stage.

4. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain proper records of design development, consultant correspondence, and authority approvals.
• Prepare architectural scope briefs for new projects and coordinate with legal/procurement teams.
• Communicate design intent and resolve conflicts across all disciplines.

5. Stakeholder & Legal Liaison (If Applicable)

• Coordinate with legal teams on NDAs, project MoUs, and consultant appointments.
• Liaise with external legal/PMC consultants where required during the pre-contract stage.
