Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to maximise online growth and ROI across digital channels.

Identify, recruit, and manage a network of high-performing affiliates and strategic partners.

Set partnership KPIs, monitor affiliate performance, and optimise ongoing campaigns for maximum impact.

Negotiate and implement affiliate agreements, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, Creative, Analytics) to deliver cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

Utilise affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools to analyse traffic, conversion data, and revenue metrics.

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in affiliate and performance marketing.

Provide transparent reporting and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field.

Minimum 4 years experience managing affiliate or partnership programmes within a digital marketing environment.

Track record of building and scaling affiliate networks in eCommerce, lead generation, or related sectors.

Fluency with affiliate platforms (such as HasOffers, Impact, Rakuten or similar).

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

A results-oriented approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.

Up to date with the latest developments in affiliate marketing and digital advertising trends.
