Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Office general administrative tasks assigned by the company. You Must work well with team members as well as independently.
Office support includes emails, basic bookkeeping, all filing, and organizational requirements.
Assist on data entry of all admin and account matters in ERP and in XL file
Contact vendors & customers and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Prepare all index files, invoices, purchase orders, etc. for completeness and accuracy; compile data and generate reports.
Support with proper reports for a wide variety of ongoing projects including day-to-day site operations, sales, customer service, tech support, and marketing duties.
Maintain accurate reports in ERP and EXCEL database of all customer enquiries, quotations, PO's, and invoices etc
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably an admin in the trading or technical service companies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of advanced Excel and word
Well knowledge in managing websites and all Company Social media accounts.
Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
