Roles & Responsibilities

Job Opportunity in Qatar Administrative Coordinator

Location: Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and office teams

Handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document tracking

Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Assist HR and Procurement departments when needed

Manage internal communications and help organize meetings and events

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3 5 years in an administrative or coordination role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Must be locally available in Qatar and ready for in-person interviews

Preferred Candidate:
