Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support administrative functions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails • Manage daily office operations, filing systems, and records • Schedule meetings, interviews, and travel arrangements for management • Prepare official letters, reports, and business correspondence • Monitor office supplies and handle purchase requests • Provide support to HR and management teams with admin tasks • Ensure the reception and office environment is well-organized and professional
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Coordinator • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure • Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
