Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily office operations to ensure a smoothly functioning workplace.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, prioritizing tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, ensuring a foundational knowledge of office management principles.
1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, demonstrating capability and reliability in handling diverse tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
