Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Handle office correspondence, filing systems (physical & digital), and documentation.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Manage emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the management when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential).
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in an administrative or HR role with a solid understanding of HR and office management functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR and administrative matters.
A proactive, problem-solving, and initiative-taking approach to work.
