Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the collection, verification, and processing of all invoices, ensuring proper purchase orders, supporting documents, and required approvals are obtained prior to payment.
- Prepare and manage scheduled payment listings, ensuring all disbursements are reviewed, validated, and approved before processing.
- Ensure all supplier reconciliations are completed accurately and on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external financial reporting obligations, submitting reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing and documentation system to support the smooth administration of the Finance Department.
- Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of credit arrangements with suppliers as required.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accruals register for month-end and year-end closing.
- Support the Financial Controller with additional duties, analysis tasks, and special projects as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial-level accounting or finance position, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Proven strong>track record of supporting and enhancing hotel financial performance.
- Strong technical knowledge in strong>accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
- Demonstrated experience in strong>preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting both management and statutory financial reports.
- In-depth understanding of strong>hotel internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial policies.
- Solid knowledge of strong>budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Effective strong>team leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage a team while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent strong>communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience in strong>hotel rebranding or pre-opening projects is an added advantage.
- Experience in strong>cluster finance operations is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in English strong>excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong strong>computer literacy, including finance systems and hospitality platforms such as strong>Sun Systems, Opera PMS, and Micros; experience in strong>systems implementation is beneficial.
