Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create targeted campaigns that drive account growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and strategize for future growth.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product usage, ensuring they maximize value from the services offered.
  • Assist in the development of account management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with clients promptly and professionally, maintaining a focus on relationship preservation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that benefit clients and the company.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective client interactions and presentations.

  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges swiftly.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and capable of managing individual workloads.

  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages can be an asset, especially for multinational accounts.Arabic prefered

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration prefferef

  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution capability.

  • Experience using CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage accounts and track performance metrics is highly desirable.
