Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Making payment vouchers for the payable (Vendor/Utilities/Client refunds, etc )
- Record transactions in ERP
- Assist in preparing outstanding list.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and
detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. This role
is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the field of
accounts and administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and prior
experience will be considered an advantage.
Required Education and
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor s degree
in accounting, Finance, or related field. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer
applications. - Knowledge of accounting/ERP software is an
advantage (training will be provided). - Freshers may apply; prior experience in
accounts or administration is a plus.
