Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all salon branches.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle payroll, staff commissions, and incentives.
  • Reconcile bank statements and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, financial regulations, and company policies.
  • Support management with budgeting and cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (experience in salon/spa/retail industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
