1. Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Functions

• Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations.
• Track and monitor bank charges, forex (foreign exchange) movements, and inward/outward remittances.
• Conduct sales cash book reconciliation.

2. Vendor & Payables Management

• Match purchaseorders (POs), invoices, and goods received notes (GRNs) to ensure accuracy in processing.
• Submit payment approval requests and maintain detailed accounts payable schedules.
• Record and post journal entries for accruals, forex revaluations, and provisions.
• Provide documentation support for Cambodia/India teams.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare Gross Profit (GP) and Net Profit (NP) reports on an item-wise and country-wise basis.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory financial documentation norms and requirements.
• Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and MIS (Management Information Systems) reports.

4. Compliance & Audit Support

• Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities, providing all relevant supporting documentation (invoices, ledgers, payment proofs).
• Ensure strict adherence to VAT reporting and filing requirements.
• Support statutory and internal audit procedures for VAT, ledger, and other financial queries.

5. Month-End & Treasury Closing Duties

• Participate actively in the month-end closing process: prepare schedules, reconcile balances, and post adjustment entries.
• Weekly general ledger (GL) review with the CFO.

6. Cross-Functional & Management Support

• Assist in fulfilling the CFO’s reporting requirements and internal reviews.
• Liaise with different teams (including Cambodia/India) regarding document or reporting needs.
