Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage daily accounting transactions,
Handle accounts payable & receivable ,
Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger
Ensure VAT compliance, prepare VAT returns, and maintain supporting records
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Coordinate with auditors and external parties
Maintain proper documentation and adherence to internal controls
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or others)
Strong Excel skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills
