Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable & accounts payable, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to management.
Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding..
Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within specific industry.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally mandatory) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
