Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JD: 1. Record and maintain all accounting entries in Tally ERP. 2. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up with customers and vendors. 3. Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers. 4. Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and cash flow tracking. 5. Maintain proper documentation of purchase and sales transactions. 6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 7. Monitor inventory records of tyres and reconcile with accounts. 8. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and compliance. 9. Ensure VAT compliance: filing returns, maintaining VAT records, and supporting audits. 10. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to work in diverse environments, with fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
